The island of Texel
Guided birding in the Netherlands.
Texel is the place with the most additions to the Dutch birding list. It is THE migrant hotspot in the Netherlands. Birding Holland also knows where to find the more common species of the island: Spoonbill, waders, gulls and Common Eider!
The Island of Texel. The most western of the Dutch islands in the Wadden Sea. This island is in the north of the country and it is always rewarding to visit it, but even more so during migration.

Habitats include: coast, woodland, little lakes and open meadows. Because of the geographic location it is a migrant and rarity hotspot!
